Booking and Cancellation:
All deposits are non-refundable and necessary to reserve your studio time.
The remaining payment will be due in the room at the end of the session.
We accept cash, payment apps such as Venmo and Zelle, and even Apple Pay and Tap To Pay.
You may reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 48 hours before your reserved time slot.
Sessions rescheduled or canceled 24 hours or more in advance will have their deposit forwarded to their next booking.
Sessions rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of your time slot will forfeit their deposit.
TIME AND ATTENDaNCE:
Sessions begin and end at the agreed-upon times.
Please be on-time and ready to work for the start of your session time.
If you are late to your session, you will still be charged for the time, even if you haven’t arrived at the studio.
Your session time will not automatically be extended if you are late.
If you would like to extend your session, you will be charged by the hour .
Maximum session capacity is 6 people, including the engineer.
There is no smoking allowed in the studio. Vaporizers of all kinds are welcome.
You and your party are liable for any and all damage to studio and/or building property.
Your session provides you access to our studio space and common areas of the New York Studio Factory.
Visitors and guests are not allowed on other floors or part of the building.
General
Enamoured Sound Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged items while on studio property.
Any items left behind at the studio will be held in storage for thirty (30) days for you to retrieve them.
After 30 days, all items will be discarded.
Studio is not liable for losses for items discarded in this manner.
Any person found to be in violation of these policies will have their session immediately terminated and will be subject to a permanent ban from the studio.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time.
